Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide AT LEAST 24 hour notice to avoid fees. Failure to cancel or reschedule appointment with in 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee. All appointments must be canceled within 24 hours.
